We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Irwin, PA to help set up, operate and maintain Doosan CNC lathes & mills using Fanuc controls. The ideal candidate will produce high-quality machined parts according to engineering specifications while maintaining efficiency & quality standards. What You Will Be Doing Set up and operate Doosan CNC machines (lathes and mills) using Fanuc controls
Perform all inspections, including first article inspections, to ensure parts meet specifications
Read & interpret technical blueprints, drawings & dimensional tolerances
Load/unload parts using overhead cranes, deburr parts, and complete production documentation
Monitor tooling and tool life, minimize machine downtime, and communicate maintenance needs What You Need for this Position 5 + years of CNC machinery experience is preferred
Fanuc programming & Doosan experience is a plus
Ability to read & interpret blueprints, use precision measuring tools & verify material specs
Strong understanding of machining practices, tooling selection, and part inspection procedures
