What You’ll Do:
Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes
Edit and troubleshoot G-code & M-code for precision machining
Perform machine setups & tool changes for frequent part changeovers
Dry-run parts in single block mode to ensure program accuracy
Conduct first-article inspections and document dimensions for ISO compliance
Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to ensure quality
Perform routine machine maintenance
- check oil, lubricants, coolant levels
Work independently with minimal supervision to troubleshoot and adjust programs
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of CNC machining experience (mill-turn, multi-spindle preferred)
Ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machines
Strong G-code & M-code programming skills
Experience with frequent part changeovers & custom machining
Comfortable working independently on 2nd shift (minimal supervision)
Ability to lift 50 lbs. & work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience with Nakamura JX-250, Mori Seiki, Star CNC machines
5-axis or 6-axis CNC experience
ISO documentation experience
