What You’ll Do:
Lead and coordinate second shift CNC operations, ensuring productivity and quality
Program, set up, and operate multi-spindle bar-fed mill-turn CNC lathes
Support team members with technical troubleshooting and setup guidance
Edit and verify G-code & M-code for precision machining
Oversee part changeovers, dry runs, and ensure program accuracy
Conduct and support first-article inspections and ISO documentation
Use micrometers, calipers, gauges for dimensional verification
Perform and oversee routine maintenance and safety checks
Report shift progress and collaborate with leadership on continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of CNC machining experience (mill-turn, multi-spindle preferred)
Prior leadership or team lead experience in a machining environment
Ability to program, set up, and operate CNC machines independently
Strong G-code & M-code editing and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with ISO compliance and inspection protocols
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Able to lift 50 lbs and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience with Nakamura JX-250, Mori Seiki, or Star CNC machines
5-axis or 6-axis CNC experience
ISO documentation leadership or implementation experience
