The ImpactYou’ll Make in this RoleAs a Machinist, you will have theopportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some ofthe most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, youwill make an impact by: Setting-up and operating machining lathes to produceStethoscope chest pieces. Performing adjustments, tool changes, and preventivemaintenance to assure proper operation. Performing all required sampling, testing, and inspection tomeet product requirements. Gathering and monitoring data on the process to ensure processcontrol. Training and assisting department operators with running thelathes and inspecting chest pieces. Possessing the ability to clearly speak, understand, and writein English to communicate effectively in both verbal and writtencontexts.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success inthis role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) thefollowing qualifications: Possess a technical degree or higher in Tool & Die TechnologyOR Possess a high school diploma/GED and a minimum of five (5)years of experience working with Tool & Die.

ANDIn addition to theabove requirements, the following are also required: Experience operating CNC machines. Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as needed Ability to work 3rd Shift (11:30pm
