Previous commercial beverage/coffee equiment repair a plus, but will train the right person. The technician will be provided a service vehicle with tools/parts to travel to our customers and complete repairs, installations, and water filter replacements. Nashville Espresso is a commercial coffee equipment company with several years of experience in the industry. We are experiencing rapid growth providing an exciting opportunity for the right person. The right candidate will have the opportunity to become part owner in the service department after one year of proven success. This position will start as a part time position, but can grow quickly into full time. Responsibilities Perform field service calls, installations and preventative maintenance on commercial beverage equipment. Maintain a parts inventory to effectively respond to customer calls for service. Accurately report daily work orders and paperwork for timely invoicing. Enjoy working independently with minimal direct supervision. Strong written and oral communication skills. Must have a clean driving record and driver’s license. High school diploma or equivalent. Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs if necessary. Some equipment is heavier than others. Good time management. Be prompt for any appointments scheduled. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and effectively. Knowledge of refrigeration systems is a plus, but not mandatory. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
