Job Title:

Machinist Job Description We are seeking a skilled Manual Machinist and CNC Machinists/Programmers to join our premier job shop environment. The position involves working with large, extremely expensive parts and requires precision and attention to detail. Responsibilities Set up and operate manual or CNC lathes and mills, including Haas and Mazak machines. Manual machinists will not have to have any programming experience. Program machinery using G&M code or Mazatrol software with conversational code according to raw stock and blueprints. Perform quality checks on CNC machined parts. Operate and troubleshoot issues with CNC machines. Essential Skills Experience with Haas and/or Mazak CNC machines. Ability to set up and program CNC machinery. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints. Skilled in using Mastercam and CAD for programming. Experience with quality checks for CNC machined parts. Working with tight tolerances and unique metals and alloys. Additional Skills & Qualifications CMM experience. VTL (vertical turning lathe) experience. Pay:

$28-$34/hr, depending on experience

Shift:

1st – 6:30am to 4:30pm

Schedule:

Mon-Fri plus 8-hr shift every other Saturday Weekly hours: 50, then 58, then 50, then 58 Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $34.00/hr.
