Function:

Operate the digital cutting machine (ZUND) by following instructions and by carrying out related tasks linked to the proper functioning of the machine.

Job Description:

Cut and pierce the pieces of fabric intended for production purposes, according to the information provided, using an automated cutter, Respects the quality criteria of the company regarding imperfections in cutting and alignment of the pieces of fabric to be cut in order to eliminate or prevent inappropriate cut pieces; Perform minor adjustments in case of problems with the cutting machine ; Change cutting machine settings as needed; Collect the different cut parts and place them in appropriate trays by following the work orders Proceed any other tasks requested by supervisor/team leader.

Requirements:

Secondary 5 completed or equivalent Advanced computer knowledge an asset Being comfortable in a computerized environment Ability to assimilate new IT concepts Ability to learn quickly when faced with novelty Demonstrate thoroughness and have a sense of observation Resourcefulness Have initiative, autonomy and be versatile Comply with quality and safety criteria
