Ecore is looking for dedicated individuals to join our 2nd shift team in Ozark, AL. If you’re passionate about manufacturing and want to be a part of our innovative upcycled rubber products division, this is your opportunity.
2nd

Shift Hours:

Monday through Friday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm, with occasional overtime

Systems Operator Pay Range:

Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience + $0.75 shift differential

Core Essentials:

Safety & Team Coordination:

Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches

Machine Operations:

Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
Take manual measurements to ensure high quality

Training & Cross-Training:

Participate in regular training sessions
Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities

Systems Operator Essential Experiences:

High school diploma, GED, or 4+ years of experience
Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assigned
Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
