Shift Hours:

• Sunday through Thursday, 10:30pm-6:00am with occasional overtime

Systems Operator Pay Range:

• Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience $0.75 shift differential

• Core Essentials:

• Safety and Team Coordination:

• Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
• Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
• Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches

• Machine Operations:

• Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
• Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
• Take manual measurements to ensure high quality

• Training and Cross-Training:

• Participate in regular training sessions
• Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities

• Systems Operator Essential Experiences:

• High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experience
• Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assigned
• Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
