Shift Hours:
- Sunday through Thursday, 10:30pm-6:00am with occasional overtime
Systems Operator Pay Range:
- Starting at $18.00/hour and up, based on experience $0.75 shift differential

Safety and Team Coordination:
- Prioritize personal safety and the safety of team members
- Empowered to act and stop work if unsafe conditions are observed
- Start each shift with a team huddle and stretches

Machine Operations:
- Set up machine at the beginning of each shift
- Work with materials and machines, following standard procedures
- Take manual measurements to ensure high quality

Training and Cross-Training:
- Participate in regular training sessions
- Cross-train others to enhance team capabilities

Systems Operator Essential Experiences:
- High school diploma, GED, or 4 years of experience
- Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. depending on the area you’re assigned
- Need to have flexibility to work overtime as needed
