$29.6K – $35.4K a year 9 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Computer skills Entry level Full Job Description Job Summary Perform a variety of support production functions essential to the smooth operation of the Finishing area including: automated packaging solutions, sub-assembly of components required for finished check products, material handling. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operates and maintains Campbell and Shanklin packaging equipment including feeding, packaging film threading and changing, processing packages, and scanning of products for final shipment. Proficient in knowledge and execution of: Performing daily closeout of mail and package records for presentation to USPS and carriers. Performs pulling and filling of bounce back orders to include documentation, packaging, and scanning of orders. Replenishment of prepacked bounce back items for pick/pack operations daily. Maintains a steady workflow to complete the maximum number of orders daily. Loads and delivers all USPS Mail via Company truck Back up responsibilities to Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to include processing of receipts, purchase order close outs and documentation requirements through GP software. Cleans and restocks workstations as needed with packaging film, postal EMM trays, postal EMM sleeves, shrink film, etc. to ensure smooth workflow. Notify supervisor/maintenance of machine issues, quality issues, errors, etc. Maintains a safe, neat, and orderly work area. Provides back up coverage for other associates. Qualifications High School graduate or GED; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficient in computer skills. Ability to perform tasks repeatedly for extended periods, good organizational skills and work with little supervision. A clean driving record is required.
