Job Description
The CNC Laser Operator candidate will be responsible for reviewing production requirements and plan production that promotes efficient use of machine. Responsible for reviewing cutting program and selecting correct raw material as needed. Loading correct raw material using overhead crane and/or forklift, load programs and set machine parameters to ensure optimal performance, monitor cutting performance and make appropriate operator level adjustments as required. Perform operator level maintenance as needed and daily as scheduled, maintain proper documentation required for production and maintenance. Remove parts and “skeleton” from laser table after cutting is complete, inspect and perform final clean up of parts as needed. Continuously maintain exceptionally clean/organized work area and assist in unloading raw material deliveries as needed.
