Assembly Worker J&J America, Inc Tuskegee, AL 36083 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling and fabricating components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work efficiently in an assembly line environment. Duties Assemble and fabricate components using hand tools and power tools, following detailed instructions and blueprints. Operate machinery and equipment safely, including forklifts, as needed for material handling. Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse or factory setting. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Proven experience in a factory or manufacturing facility setting is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand assembly processes. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely. Familiarity with assembly line operations and warehouse practices. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members effectively.
