This role is key in ensuring that new jobs are set up and started accurately to produce high-quality plastic parts for our customers. Key Responsibilities Set up injection molding machines, tools, and auxiliary equipment per set-up master. Ensure all processes are running within set tolerances. Check and adjust color feeders and part quality against specs. Complete required documentation and report any deviations. Submit first-off parts for approval to Cell Leader. Perform daily mold and crane inspections. Follow safety protocols, Lock-Out procedures, and 5S standards. Participate in bi-weekly set-up meetings. Communicate job status and issues with incoming shift.
