Duties Operate screen printing equipment to produce designs on various materials, ensuring quality and consistency in every print. Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements and translate them into effective print solutions. Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for printing, ensuring all materials are ready for production. Maintain equipment by performing regular cleaning and troubleshooting as needed. Monitor the printing process to ensure accuracy in color matching and registration. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet established standards. Assist in the development of new techniques and processes to improve efficiency and output quality. Qualifications Experience in screen printing is essential; familiarity with digital design is a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, is highly desirable. Knowledge of typography and visual design principles to create appealing graphics. Familiarity with photography, web design, motion graphics, and Maya can enhance your application but are not mandatory. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
