Salary:

Diagnose mechanical issues and determine appropriate solutions for repair. Carry out repairs on a range of systems, from HVAC to plumbing, carpentry and electrical. Ensure all repair work meets safety standards and complies with regulations. Regularly inspect systems and components to identify potential issues before they arise. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work completed. Collaborate with team members to streamline maintenance operations. Provide timely and effective responses to maintenance requests from other departments. Assist in sourcing and ordering replacement parts when necessary. Stay updated on the latest maintenance techniques and technologies to enhance service delivery.

Requirements Experience:

Proven experience in maintenance and repair, ideally in an automotive or dealership setting.

Technical Skills:

Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance procedures, tools, and equipment.

Problem-Solving:

Keen ability to diagnose and resolve complex mechanical issues efficiently.
