Responsibilities Operate sewing machines and embroidery machine to fabricate garments according to specifications. Perform garment construction tasks, ensuring quality standards are met. Maintain and troubleshoot sewing and embroidery machines to ensure optimal performance. Follow production schedules and meet deadlines while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow within the store. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. Keep work area organized and maintain cleanliness in compliance with safety regulations. Additional duty operate sublimation, laser, dtf machines as needed; create graphics for shirts Requirements Proven experience operating sewing and embroidery machines in a production, warehouse or store setting. Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques and fabric types. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and patterns. Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
