🔨What’s the Job?
Set-Up Days (May 1st & 2nd) 8:00am-4:00pm
Assemble tents, tables, chairs, and inflatables
Secure equipment (including driving stakes)
Follow directions from the on-site Event Manager
Remain on-site until all tasks are completed
Event Day (May 3rd) 12:00pm-9:00pm
Assist with guest-facing roles such as concessions, grilling, or buffet service
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with guests
Support with crowd flow and cleanliness

Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in the sun or light rain
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
