Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Operate and monitor equipment during production.
• Observe product quality and adjust as necessary to ensure final product meets customer specifications.
• Accurately maintain records related to inventory, defective products, and waste material.
• Monitor and manage supply levels to ensure continuous operation.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and maintain efficient workflow.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent injuries and accidents.
• Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback on process improvements.
• Maintain a positive attitude and cooperative mindset.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.
• Capability to read and comprehend written instructions/documents.
