Requirements:

CNC Operating experience (1-2 years) / Basic knowledge of machining process (drilling, milling, turning) Additional ways in which a candidate may stand out would be: Proficient with measuring devices, micrometers, calipers, height stands Knowledge of Mastercam, G-Code, M-Code, or similar software What You Will Be Doing Properly set-up the jobs on CNC machines to ensure production schedule runs smoothly Select the appropriate jig fixture for the job Add the needed tooling to the machine Setup proper clamping of parts Run programs and create to ensure repeatability Interpret blueprints to ensure parts are created within specified tolerances Optimize machine operation process through accurate set-up Perform quality checks of finished parts What You Need for this Position High School/GED diploma or vocational school equivalent CNC operating experience (1-2 years) Basic knowledge of machining process (drilling, milling, turning) Capability to use precision measuring devices, micrometers, calipers, height stands Ability to use Mastercam, G-Code, M-Code, or similar software (Helpful) Benefits Competitive Pay Vacation/PTO Medical Dental Vision 401k For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
