Job Description
Assembly/Fabrication 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Morrilton, AR 72110 Penmac Staffing is recruiting for HVAC Assemblers for a local company! This is a temp to hire opportunity and this is a great chance to get on with a company that has a lot of growth and advancement happening right now.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Abide all safety rules and policies Do quality checks, control shop paperwork, meet production standards Perform required functions of the manufacturing process Communicate with other stations on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy Package finished parts Assist in other areas as needed
EDUCATION, SKILLS, & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
2+ years’ experience in general assembly work or specialized training Drug screen required Must know how to read tape measure and blueprints Must be willing to work overtime when required Must be able to work in a team with others Must be able to follow instructions Experience with power and hand tools a plus
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work in manufacturing environment with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and fumes Fast-paced environment with moving objects, sharp edges, and congested working areas Will be pushing, pulling, kneeling, reaching overhead, grasping, and lifting up to 50 pounds OT is mandatory Pay depends on experience $15.00 – $15.50 per hour Temp to hire opportunity About Penmac Staffing Penmac Staffing helps companies find qualified, reliable workers for excellent job opportunities.
