Utility Worker Location:
Sheridan, AR | Full-Time (All Shifts) |
Starting Pay:
$14.75+/hr
Summary:
You’ll play a key role in supporting our Sheridan, AR production team—helping machine operators, stacking finished goods, performing general labor, and ensuring a safe, organized workspace.
Key Duties:
- Assist machine operators with setup and basic tasks
- Stack, organize, and transport finished materials efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness, stage supplies, and support general labor needs
- Follow and promote safety procedures, reporting hazards or issues promptly
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Age 18+; able to stand full shifts and perform physical labor (lifting, bending, stooping)
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
- Willing to learn basic machine-support tasks
- Strong commitment to safety, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency
