Team Operator Position Available In Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut

Akkodis is seeking a Team Operator for a Contract job with a client in Southington CT . The ideal candidate will efficiently operate packaging equipment and ensure proper labeling, inspection, and documentation. Strong attention to detail is essential to maintain product quality and compliance with safety and operational standards.

Rate Range:

$18/hour to $20/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Team Operator job responsibilities include:

Operating packaging equipment such as Form, Fill, and Seal machines. Inspecting and sorting products to ensure quality standards are met. Completing accurate labeling, documentation, and traceability paperwork. Performing line clearance, machine cleaning, and skid changeover activities. Assisting in training new operators and maintaining 5S standards in the work area.

Desired Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. 2 Year of experience in packaging or manufacturing preferred. Ability to operate packaging machinery and hand tools. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Pay Details:
