Team Operator – Shift 2 Position Available In Capitol Planning Region, Connecticut

Akkodis is seeking a Team Operator – Shift 2 for a Contract job with a client in Southington, CT . Responsibilities include inspecting and labeling products accurately and maintaining clean, organized workstations during changeovers.

Rate Range:

$19/hour to $21/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. Team Operator – Shift 2 job responsibilities include: Run Form, Fill, and Seal (FFS) machines, scanners, label makers, and tape machines efficiently and safely. Receive, inspect, sort, and pack products accurately and in a timely manner. Perform visual inspections of packing materials and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. Clean and inspect equipment during changeovers, perform skid changes, and ensure proper line clearance. Maintain accurate records and verify traceability paperwork for each packaging batch. Assist in training new operators and upholding 5S standards in all assigned work areas.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment. Ability to operate packaging machinery and perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and repetitive motion. Pay Details:
