Machine Operator Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable anddetail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. Thisperson will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinesto ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The idealcandidate will have prior machine operation experience, a goodunderstanding of safety practices, and the ability to work wellwith others on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

Operatemachines safely and efficiently to meet production goals Load andunload materials onto machines Set machine parameters based onproduction instructions Monitor machines during operation andperform minor troubleshooting as needed Inspect products during andafter production to ensure they meet quality standards Assist withmachine setup and basic preventive maintenance Remove scrap andhelp maintain a clean and safe work area Communicate with teamleads, mechanics, and other operators to resolve issues Maintainproduction logs and follow company procedures Support training ofother team members as needed Follow all company safety andenvironmental guidelines

Requirements:
