The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Eyelet and Progressive Eyelet machines, ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of machine operation, quality control. This position requires training to be performed on our day shift for approximately 2 to 3 weeks. Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery on the production floor, ensuring optimal performance. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications. Operate press brake machines for bending and shaping materials. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow. Safely operate forklifts for material handling when required. Keeping your area clean from oil buy mopping, sweeping, etc. Requirements Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. Familiar with Press machines a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Must adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
