We are a well-established and growing manufacturing company based in Naugatuck, CT, seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our overnight shift team. We pride ourselves on safety, teamwork, and high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure conformance to specifications Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures Record production data and report any equipment issues or inconsistencies Collaborate with other team members and shift supervisors to meet production goals Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Prior experience operating industrial machinery or in a manufacturing environment (preferred) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Comfortable working overnight hours in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Basic computer skills and the ability to read technical documents or blueprints
