Job Description
Manpower is searching for an experienced Blending Operator to join our team in North Haven, CT . The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Machine Blending experience.
Job Title:
Blending Operator Shift/Hours:
Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm
Pay Range:
$19.00 per hour What’s the Job? Sets up and starts all machines checking on controls for adherence to mixing/blending procedures. Weighs ingredients to meet recipe specification and inserts into machinery. Operates machinery to mix discharge or handle materials according to operating procedures. Examines materials visually in order to ensure conformance to established standards. Document work completed as required including logs data reports procedures, Operates forklifts as needed What’s Needed? At least 1 year of blending/mixing machinery experience Must be able to read/comprehend written and oral instructions in English including: safety rules, procedure manuals, product recipes, and maintenance instructions. Must be comfortable with basic mathematical skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing. You will apply these skills to weight measures of volume and distance. What’s in it for me?
