Job Description:

Machine Operator
Responsible for startup, shut down and operation of an assembly machine. This includes input of parameters, loading machine with parts, unloading product and changeovers.
Must be able to meet production, quality and safety standards.
Ability to troubleshoot problems and ideas for continuous improvement.
Quickly identify and report any machine issues or product defects.
Excellent reliability required: excellent attendance and punctuality.
Must be able tomunicate in a timely and effective manner and work well with others as well as independently.
Must be able to stand for duration of shift and able to lift up to 25lbs.
HSD or GED required.
On New Haven and Bridgeport bus lines.

Work Schedules:

Full time,

Nights:

7pm-7am,
12 hour set rotating shift; every other weekend.

Weekly shifts rotate per below:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday

Pay Details:

$17.68 per hour
