Kitter Job Description We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Kitter. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly of small pieces while working at a desk. Experience in manufacturing is essential for this position. Responsibilities Assemble small parts with precision and accuracy. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Follow detailed instructions for assembly processes. Utilize hand-eye coordination to ensure quality in production tasks. Essential Skills Prior experience in manufacturing is required. Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking. Basic math skills, including counting and weighing. Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in picking, assembly, and general production. Ability to pack products efficiently. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work schedule consists of 35 hours per week, with potential for increase to 40 hours per week depending on business needs. Working hours are Monday through Wednesday, 6AM to 4:30PM, Thursday from 6AM to 11AM, and Fridays are off. The dress code is casual, allowing jeans and T-shirts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Stonington, Connecticut. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.35 – $16.35/hr.
