24 months experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or millwork environment (Moulder experience is a plus)
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-tier work.
Team player with a positive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Duties:

Operate and maintain advanced machinery (e.g., CNC routers, Rip saws, Moulders) to create high-quality custom millwork products
