We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Coating Operator for our 3rd shift production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you’ll operate tablet coating equipment and prepare coating solutions to precise specifications. Responsibilities:

Set up and operate coating equipment according to batch record parameters Prepare and mix Shellac or other coating solutions as directed Feed equipment with the appropriate amount of product per batch instructions Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to ensure proper coating Complete and maintain Shellac reports and batch documentation accurately Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation and safety guidelines Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and comply with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) regulations Work with supervisors to prioritize batch schedules and ensure timely completion

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Available to work 3rd shift (10:00 PM – 5:45 AM) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull heavy materials (up to 110 kg) Comfortable working in a powdered production environment (must not have respiratory conditions such as asthma) Able to stand, walk, and climb stairs for extended periods Basic math skills and ability to follow written instructions Reliable transportation Authorized to work in the

United States Preferred Qualifications:

Experience operating coating equipment, especially Vector coating machines Prior work in supplement, pharmaceutical, or food-grade manufacturing environments Familiarity with GMP and SOP standards Bilingual (English/Spanish) Attention to detail and consistency in following quality procedures Experience preparing coating or Shellac solutions
