This position is ideal for individuals seeking to start a career in food manufacturing and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.

Shift:

7:00 AM to 3:00

PM Starting Pay:

$13.00 per hour Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Prepare machines for food production cycles, including calibration, cleaning, and setup. Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed to ensure optimal operation. Supply raw materials or ingredients to semi-automated machines. Regularly conduct tests to verify the functionality and performance of equipment. Troubleshoot any operational issues that arise during the shift. Inspect output to detect any food product-related defects or flaws. Maintain records of approved and defective units or finished products. Keep detailed logs of machine activities, maintenance, and production runs. Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food manufacturing.

Additional Duties:

Follow all safety rules and procedures. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic math skills required. Self-motivated, responsible, punctual, and reliable. Ability to operate high-speed food processing machinery and manage production flow. Regular use of required safety equipment. Familiarity with the food production environment. Understanding of production schedules and timelines. Knowledge of automatic food processing systems (e.g., corn/corn flour systems). Ability to accurately complete documentation. Familiarity with the following food manufacturing equipment: Ovens Cooling conveyors Sheeter head Oven temperature control Product labeling and signs
