Contract Required Skills:

Perform complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic repairs on high-precision manufacturing equipment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with motors, clamps, linear drives, valves, and actuators. Conduct electrical diagnostics using multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power meters to resolve high/low voltage issues. Perform PLC resets and interpret sensor data to resolve sequence or alarm errors. Experience working in a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience with mechanical systems (shafts, bearings, couplings, actuators). Proficient in testing power sources and diagnosing electrical issues using test circuits and meters. Ability to interpret alarms and sensor feedback to identify root causes.? Experience adjusting pneumatic systems for quality and performance optimization. Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle vendor-supported diagnostics remotely.?
