We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Blender to join manufacturing team. As a Production Blender, you will be responsible for accurately weighing, measuring, and blending materials according to specified formulas. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will contribute to the success of our production operations.
Responsibilities:
Accurately measure materials, ingredients, or products to ensure compliance with production requirements. Follow established formulas to compound or process ingredients or dyes effectively. Interpret work orders to determine production specifications and other relevant information. Observe production processes and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Start machines, set timers, and mix or blend ingredients for specified durations. Dump or pour specified amounts of materials into machinery or equipment. Operate machines to mix or blend a variety of materials, including spices, chemicals, food products, color pigments, or explosive ingredients. Add or mix chemicals or ingredients using hand tools or other devices. Stop machines when specified product qualities are achieved and transfer mixtures using valves and pumps.
Qualifications:
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Proven experience in blending within a manufacturing environment. Capability to handle heavy loads, including pushing and pulling containers weighing up to 100 kilos filled with powder. No allergies related to a powder environment.
