As a Tablet Operator , you’ll be directly responsible for running the machines that turn blended raw ingredients into finished tablets. You’ll be working with precision equipment, monitoring the process to ensure each tablet is formed correctly, and keeping detailed records of everything that happens on your shift. What You’ll Be Doing Set up and operate tablet compression machines based on batch instructions Refill machines with raw material powder as needed to maintain production flow Monitor tablet output for consistency, quality, and weight Document all batch data, including times, weights, and material usage Keep your station and equipment clean and organized throughout your shift Follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) Communicate with supervisors and quality control staff to report issues or delays Assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery when needed What Makes You a Good Fit You’re mechanically inclined and comfortable working with machines You can lift up to 50 lbs and safely move drums and bags of powder You’ve worked in manufacturing or warehouse settings before (preferred but not required) You’re the kind of person who takes ownership of your workspace You understand the importance of documentation and doing things the right way You’re a team player — when things get busy, you step in and help out You’re physically able to climb stairs, stand for long periods, and stay alert You show up on time and take pride in steady, reliable work Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required High school diploma or GED required Where You’ll Work A well-established, family-oriented supplement manufacturer serving over 69 countries.
