We’re growing our team and looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sample Cutter to help us bring our swatch kits and fabric collections to life. Job Summary We’re hiring a Sample Cutter to help create fabric swatches, branded swatch cards, and swatch binders that support our design and sales teams. This is a hands-on, creative support role ideal for someone who enjoys working with textiles and has strong attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Cut fabric swatches in various sizes with precision Attach swatches to branded sample cards using glue, staples, or other methods Assemble swatch binders and swatch kits for customer use Maintain a clean, organized workspace and track materials Perform quality checks to ensure clean cuts and accurate presentation Follow production guidelines and daily task lists Package swatch kits Requirements Basic experience with fabric, crafting, or handling textiles is helpful but not required Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to measure and cut consistently and accurately Comfortable using scissors, rotary cutters, or fabric-cutting tools Organized, dependable, and able to follow instructions Able to sit or stand for periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs Pay Rate Starting at $14.00 – $16.00 per hour , based on experience and skill level Paid bi-weekly Opportunity for pay increases based on performance and growth within the role
