POSITION OVERVIEW

As a member of the production team you will be required to work in a precision and fast paced team environment. This position will challenge you to meet customer specifications, top quality fabricated assemblies and production schedules while striving to improve working relationships. Manufacturing employees are required to read procedure sheets/job tickets/work instructions to determine work procedures, material requirements and related information.

SKILLS WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Be able to read cut list and usage sheets Demonstrated ability to read blueprints Minimize scrap and rework Be able to cut an acceptable quantity of material per hour. Learn to set up and operate all saws Ability to multitask while managing multiple orders/customers in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently and in a team environment, meet deadlines and follow through Must be fluent in English language

JOB DUTIES

Operate various saws to cut aluminum extrusion to length for processing Hold tolerance Inspect parts Read shop prints Maintain a clean work environment Lift and maneuver heavy objects on a regular basis Position is on Day Shift and will include overtime. Hours are 7-3:30. Timeliness and professionalism are strictly enforced. We are a Drug-free Workplace. A pre-employment physical exam is required.
