Set Up Technician 2.9 2.9 out of 5 stars Pompano Beach, FL 33064 JOB SUMMARY Independently troubleshoot printers/copiers by utilizing training and technical resources provided. Respond to device set up orders in a timely manner and in accordance with DEX standards. Repair and refurbish used devices in accordance with-in the established timeline. Identify and order replacement parts for printers/copiers. Clean and maintain both customers owned, and company owned devices. Establish and maintain accurate inventory levels. Responds to requests from customers for information. Remains knowledgeable and up to date on changes and developments made in service-related areas.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Order processing systems and Contact Management systems. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. Completes additional tasks and assignments as requested by Regional Operations Director.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
