CALIFICACIONES Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- Experiencia en la industria de la confección, trabajando con máquinas de corte industrial como Blue Streak
- Conocimiento de marcadores, patrones base y disposición para el corte
- Se requiere trabajar de pie, caminar, agacharse, empujar, jalar y levantar rollos de tela (hasta 50 lbs.), colocándolos en el estante rodante utilizando técnicas adecuadas de seguridad laboral
- Inspeccionar la tela en busca de defectos o imperfecciones, como hilos extraños, antes de cortar y documentar cualquier daño en el metraje
- Revisar cuidadosamente los tickets de corte para verificar las especificaciones correctas (estilo y talla), la tela y el patrón antes de cortar
- Mantener un ambiente de trabajo limpio
- Tener una actitud colaborativa, respetuosa y una ética laboral sólida
- El nivel de ruido en el entorno de trabajo es normalmente bajo a moderado ¡Se requiere experiencia previa!
El puesto exige una actitud positiva, alta atención al detalle, asistencia puntual y confiable, y la capacidad de preparar y operar máquinas de corte industrial.

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Experience in the apparel industry, working with industrial cutting machines like Blue Streak
- Knowledge of markers, block patterns, and layout for cutting
- Will need to work in a standing position, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift fabric rolls, up to 50 lbs., onto the rolling rack using proper work safety techniques
- Inspect fabric for any defects and flaws, such as foreign yarn, before cutting and document any damaged yardage
- Carefully review cut tickets for the correct specs (style and size), fabric, and pattern before cutting
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Team oriented, respectful, and strong work ethic
- Noise level in work environment is normally low to moderate Previous experience required!
Position requires a positive attitude, high attention to detail, dependable and reliable attendance, ability to set-up and operate industrial cutting machines.

- Competitive Compensation based on experience
- Work hours: Monday
- Friday 8:30am-5:00pm Principals only.
