Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking for a Manufacturing Assembly Lead to join their team. As a Manufacturing Assembly Lead, you will be part of the Assembly Line department supporting the daily operations of the assembly team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
Work with the Area Supervisor to coordinate the daily activities of the Assembly Line team.
Act as a trainer and mentor to new associates and those undergoing cross-training.
Optimize processes and ensure timely delivery of components.
Read and interpret work instructions and product drawings to guide the assembly process.
Perform inspections, identify defects, and rework units as necessary.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma.
Ability to read and apply work instructions and follow safety and quality procedures.
Flexibility to work in other departments when requested.
Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
Strong coordination skills to manage tasks of 10
- 15 team members.
Manufacturing experience in assembly and/or CNC machine operation preferred.
