The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery, ensuring production efficiency and quality standards are met. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced factory environment. Duties Operate and monitor machinery, including stamping presses and lathes, to produce high-quality components. Conduct regular inspections of machines using tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure precision in measurements. Perform assembly line tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and production schedules. Troubleshoot basic issues with machinery, including logic controllers, and perform routine maintenance as needed. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve workflow efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Qualifications Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a factory setting is preferred. Proficiency in basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations. Familiarity with machining processes, including the operation of Fanuc-controlled machines, is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Excellent problem-solving skills and logical thinking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing individual responsibilities.
