The ideal candidate will have experience in operating heavy equipment and a strong understanding of concrete pumping processes on construction sites. This role is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of concrete to various construction projects, contributing to the successful completion of structures. Responsibilities Operate concrete pumps and related heavy equipment on construction sites. Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to designated areas. Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate pumping schedules. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in setting up and dismantling pumping equipment as required. Monitor the flow of concrete and make adjustments as necessary during operations. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with site safety standards. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly with concrete pumps. Familiarity with loader operation and concrete mixers is preferred. Knowledge of concrete forming and paving techniques is a plus. A valid driver’s license is required for operating commercial vehicles on-site. Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety practices. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed. Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
