Roles and Responsibilities:

Set up, calibrate, and operate various manufacturing equipment efficiently. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to ensure product specifications are met. Utilize measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and micrometers to maintain quality standards. Monitor production processes and inspect finished products for defects, implementing corrective actions as needed. Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and lubricating machines, and troubleshoot operational issues. Adhere to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Document production data, machine performance, and issues encountered for accurate reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve machine-related problems. Meticulous attention to detail for reading blueprints and ensuring product quality. Basic math skills for calculating measurements and production rates. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures. Strong teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle materials safely.
