This role requires attention to detail and adherence to food safety standards. Responsibilities Operate blending equipment to mix ingredients accurately Follow recipes and instructions to ensure product consistency Monitor blending processes to achieve desired product quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the blending area Conduct quality checks on blended products Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines Assist in inventory management of ingredients Requirements Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) Experience with forklift operation (nice-to-have) Understanding of food handling procedures Knowledge of food safety standards and practices Ability to fabricate ingredients as needed Previous experience in a restaurant or food production environment Ability to sanitate work areas following CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
