We are seeking a skilled High-Speed Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining high-speed production machinery to ensure quality output and efficiency. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate high-speed machinery according to production specifications and safety standards. Perform machine adjustments to maintain product quality and minimize downtime. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of machines, reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Monitor production output to ensure it meets quality and efficiency standards. Accurately complete production records, machine logs, and maintenance reports. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine malfunctions. Follow all company safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures. Collaborate with maintenance and quality assurance teams to resolve issues quickly. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
Physical Requirements:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Manual dexterity to operate machinery and handle materials. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
