We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lead Machine Operator to support our production team in operating and maintaining machinery within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that products meet quality and safety standards by assisting the Line Leader in machine operation, process monitoring, and material inspection.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Line Leader in the setup, operation, and adjustment of production machinery to maintain optimal performance. Monitor machine operations to ensure adherence to process specifications and production schedules. Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime. Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the Line Leader or maintenance personnel promptly. Document production data, equipment readings, and quality checks as required. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Train and guide junior machine operators or new team members as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Schedule Monday
- Friday from 8am
- 4:30pm ET for the first 3 weeks later transitioning to a late evening shift that runs from 4:30pm
- 12:30am ET.
