Join our team as a Baler Operator , where you will play a vital role in recycling and maintaining cleanliness on our manufacturing floor. This is a great opportunity to grow in a supportive, safety-first environment. We are seeking a dependable and motivated Baler Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting recyclable materials (such as cardboard and plastic) from the manufacturing floor, operating the baler machine to compress these materials, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This position is physically active and plays a key part in supporting our recycling and safety efforts across the plant.
What You’ll Do:
Collect cardboard, plastic, and recyclable materials across the plant. Operate baler machinery to compress materials into bales. Move bales to the designated area for forklift pick-up. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Perform minor troubleshooting and report any machinery issues. Work independently and meet daily goals.
What We’re Looking For:
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment. Basic machine operation experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods. Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills. Able to follow verbal and written instructions in English. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
