Our Plant City, FL location is part of our beverage division and specializes in distillation and flavor products for our Kerry customers and brands. King Jr. Blvd, Plant City, FL 33563 Compensation Data The typical hiring range for this role is $19.00 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime. What You’ll Do Blending and Packaging operator. Manufacturing and Warehouse experience a plus. The blending and packaging area has four major work stations, and is ran with four operators.. Daily tasks include and not not limited to working on the Milling and Blending line and also the stacking line. Operators are responsible for assembling cartons, placing liners in cartons, filling cartons to fill weight and sealing liners. All operators will assist moving materials and loading and unloading in and outbound materials. Operators will also assist in the staking area as needed. What You’ll Need To Succeed High School diploma required. Preferred one year food manufacturing experience. Good communication skills. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must be able to perform basic data entry in computer software-SAP and Microsoft office applications. Must be able to perform basic math calculations. Must meet expectations for regular attendance. Must have attention to detail and be able to perform several tasks in a fast paced environment. Must be able to safety operate a forklift and be able to attend training. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE). Must be willing to work overtime as business needs demands. Kerry is an equal opportunity employer.
