Full Job Description About Us:

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery to ensure smooth and safe operation. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping machines running efficiently and is skilled in both operation and mechanical repair.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and monitor production machines in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, including lubrication, cleaning, and parts replacement Diagnose mechanical problems and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime Disassemble and reassemble machinery for maintenance and troubleshooting Inspect machines regularly and identify potential issues before they lead to major breakdowns Maintain accurate maintenance logs and machine records Operate, monitor, and adjust packaging machinery for tablets, capsules, powders, and other nutraceutical products Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding machine performance and necessary repairs Assist in installation and testing of new equipment when required Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety training

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED; technical certification or vocational training in machinery or mechanics preferred Minimum 3 years of experience operating and maintaining industrial or mechanical equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with tools and machine components Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and diagrams Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus Standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Good communication and team collaboration skills
