Inside Air Conditioned Great Medical Benefits Room for Growth We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to run our Passivation and Heat Treat Line , a critical chemical process used to remove corrosion and prepare metal tanks during production. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor the passivation and heat treatment equipment. Follow all safety procedures when handling chemicals and operating machinery. Inspect tanks before and after processing for signs of corrosion or defects. Load and unload tanks from processing equipment (up to 40 lbs). Maintain proper chemical concentration and document processing data. Perform routine equipment checks and report any malfunctions or issues. Keep the work area clean and organized according to 5S or company guidelines. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
Prior machine operation or industrial processing experience preferred. Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn and troubleshoot equipment. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods. Must have a strong and consistent work history. Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing quality work. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
